Solid layout in the Superior King Room ensures enough space for a couple. The hot water pressure in the shower brings a welcome rush after a long day of adventures.

Food service wraps up at 8:30 PM, so late-shift nomads might find themselves hunting for bites elsewhere. Breakfast options lean towards the basic side, and when near the beergarden, noise levels can rise, especially in the evenings. Nearby dining choices exist, but it’d be nice to have a bit more reliability in the evening offerings right at the hotel.

Consider asking for a room with a quieter location away from the bar, especially if you're a light sleeper.

    great breakfast
    noisy environment
    shower issues

everything about the bell inn was excellent. the room was wonderful and super clean. breakfast was delish, especially the eggs! ! staff were super nice and the location was spot on, easy walk to the train station.

The noise from the bar made it hard to sleep some nights, and the shower could have been better. it was a bit tricky to use.

The Bell Inn features a charming atmosphere with traditional decor, and the cozy seating areas were perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly attentive, making my stay delightful and worry-free, especially as a senior traveler.

    delicious breakfast
    relaxing atmosphere
    steep price

I loved the cozy, exceptionally clean Standard Triple Room we stayed in, and the delicious breakfast with perfectly cooked eggs was a highlight. Relaxing in the beautiful garden and enjoying the lively bar atmosphere were just what we needed. The price was a bit on the steep side, but the experience was totally worth it! 😊

Our honeymoon stay was magical, surrounded by Tolkien's inspirations. The pub’s charm and the delightful conversation with the owner enriched our experience immensely.
